Jenny Thomas
Jenny has an interest in working with people who wish to 'do life better'.
Jenny has worked with those with a variety of concerns and has seen the benefits that therapy can provide. Her approach is warm, accepting and supportive. She will listen as well as provide feedback and education as appropriate so you can get the most out of each session.

Individual Therapy is all about you and your issues and concerns. Talking to someone can help you gain understanding and find solutions where appropriate for a variety of issues including:

Couple
Therapy
If you are dissatisfied with your relationship,
couple therapy may help to:

recognise what's causing the pain;

learn tools to move towards greater understanding and connection;

discover ways to communicate more effectively.

Anxiety
Therapy
Anxiety is beneficial when danger is present and at other times to provide motivation. However, when it affects one's life negatively then it may be time to seek help. The good news is 'our brains can change our anxious brains' and that's why therapy is particularly helpful. Anxiety therapy can assist in learning strategies and skills in re-wiring one's anxious brain.
